Label notes

The label directs one 10 g scoop daily, before or after training. Mix the scoop with 12 oz (350 mL) of water or juice, drink immediately and maintain adequate daily water intake.

How much creatine and GAA are in one scoop?

Each 10 g scoop lists 2 g of creatine HCl and 1 g of creatine monohydrate. The 1.5 g of guanidinoacetic acid (GAA) is listed separately as a creatine precursor. The remaining scoop weight includes betaine and cluster dextrin.

Can Crevolution replace a race gel?
