MycoPhyto Complex lists six mushrooms, including turkey tail, reishi and maitake. Its six-capsule serving provides 3.84 g of the mushroom blend and 150 mg of separately listed beta-glucan. The 180-capsule bottle contains 30 labeled servings.

Ten Mushroom Formula includes ten varieties, among them shiitake and wood ear. Its four-capsule serving provides 2.4 g of the blend and 30 mg of separately listed beta-glucan. The 120-capsule bottle also contains 30 labeled servings.
How do I compare a proprietary mushroom blend?
Start with the species you want, then check the total blend weight for one serving. Neither label breaks that weight down by species. A higher capsule count alone doesn’t tell you how long a bottle lasts.
