BodyBio E-Lyte

BodyBio E-Lyte is an unflavored liquid electrolyte concentrate made with mineral salts and purified water. Two bottle sizes are available, 118 mL (4 fl oz) and 473 mL (16 fl oz).

Which minerals does E-Lyte contain?

BodyBio’s current Supplement Facts panel lists the following amounts per 1½ teaspoons (7.5 mL):

• Sodium — 89 mg
• Potassium — 187 mg
• Magnesium — 65 mg

The mineral salts include magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate, sodium chloride, potassium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium bicarbonate and potassium iodide. View BodyBio’s current Supplement Facts panel.

How do I mix the concentrate?

Dilute it in water according to the directions on the bottle you receive. Use the marked volume on your own label if its instructions differ from the panel above. Store at room temperature (59–86°F).

How does it compare with ReMineralize?
